Overview

Click on the Rating tab at the top of OzLINK for UPS, then click the Time and Cost tab toward the middle of the screen to access the rates for your shipment.  Here you can view the rate for each of the available UPS services.  This area will be blank until you click the Rate button.  Click any of the blue service names for a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with that service type.  If you would like to display your negotiated rates, see: Displaying Rates. 

 

 

 

Available Information

 

Service

This is a list of the services that are available for this shipment.  Clicking on any of the blue service names will give you a complete breakdown of the costs for the shipment. 

 

Guarantee

This column lists the maximum number of transit days for the package using each service.  A 'Y' indicates that the delivery is guaranteed in that amount of time, while an 'N' indicates that there is no guarantee.

 

Delivery Date

The expected delivery date of the package using each service.

 

Time

The expected delivery time of the package using each service.

 

Published

This is the published rate for each of the services.  If you are currently seeing only your negotiated rates and would like to see your published rates instead, please see: Displaying Rates.

 

Negotiated

This is the negotiated rate for each of the services.  If this column is blank, you may need to activate your negotiated rates in OzLINK or change which rates are displayed.

 

Savings

If both your published and negotiated rates are displayed, this column will contain the difference between the two.  This is the amount you are saving for each service type, based on your negotiated rate contract with UPS.  If you have negotiated rates but this column is empty, see Displaying Rates.  Note: Displaying both rates and seeing the Savings column requires OzLINK Plus (How to Upgrade).
