Displaying Rates
You must activate negotiated rates before you can display them on the rating screen. See:
Negotiated Rates. You must activate Freight before displaying freight rates on the rating screen. See: Freight Rating.
Published and Negotiated Rates
You can choose to display the published rate, negotiated rate, or both on your rating screen. The free edition cannot display both rates at once - see:
How to Upgrade. To change the displayed rates, first click the
Setup menu, then select
Accounts and click the
Edit button.

Display published only: Uncheck the Enable negotiated rates checkbox.

Display negotiated only: Check Enable negotiated rates, then uncheck Display both

Display published and negotiated: Check both Enable negotiated rates and Display both (requires OzLINK Plus)
Freight Rates
You can choose to display UPS Freight LTL rates and/or UPS Ground with Freight Pricing rates. To change the display of Freight rates, first click on the Rating tab at the top of OzLINK for UPS, then click the Freight Services tab toward the middle of the screen. Check Display UPS Freight LTL and/or Display UPS Ground with Freight Pricing at the top of the Freight Services section.
