International Defaults

 

Overview

Use this settings area to choose default values for your international item documentation.  For more details about international shipping, see the main International settings.
 
International item data can also be gathered from QuickBooks.  To tell OzLINK where to find the correct information in QuickBooks, see the main International settings.
 
NOTE: You must select "Send international line item commodity data to UPS WorldShip" in the main QuickBooks settings area if you would like OzLINK to automatically move your item information to the international section of WorldShip.  If that option is not checked, then these settings will have no effect.
 
NOTE: To access this window, first open the Settings menu in OzLINK for UPS, then click Shipping.  Make sure a desktop version of QuickBooks is selected as your information source.  Click Configure Business Rules.  In the new settings window that opens, click the Advanced menu, then click International.  Finally click the Set Defaults button.

Enter the default value you would like to use for each piece of commodity information.  These values will be used if OzLINK cannot find a value stored in QuickBooks.  For details about the meaning of each of these options, please see the main International settings.
