Overview
When working with batches in Excel, each type of transaction requires a different set of information. You can always provide more than is necessary. See below for details about each transaction. If you would like to see the information returned to Excel from UPS, see:

Address Validation
The following information is required to successfully validate an address:

City (Ship_To::City_or_Town)

Zip (Ship_To::Postal_Code)

Street Address (Ship_To::Address_1)

To validate a full street level address you must turn street level on in OzLINK, then provide a street address in your Excel file. To turn on street level validation in OzLINK, click the Setup menu in OzLINK for UPS, select Address Validation, then check the Enable street level validation box.
Rating
The following information is required to successfully rate a shipment:

Ship To State (Ship_To::StateProvinceCountry) 2 letters, capitalized in the spreadsheet

Ship To Zip (Ship_To::Postal_Code)

Service (Shipment_Information::Service_Type) Must match a service name found in UPS Worldship
