User Permission Requirements
Overview
The user currently logged in to QuickBooks must have certain access permissions for OzLINK to function correctly. Your QuickBooks Administrator may need to adjust these settings for you.
Your users may require different permissions based on your version of QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Enterprise Requirements
Shippers will require the following permissions:
Customer and Receivable permissions
Invoices: Partial, View, Modify, Print
Sales Orders: Partial, View, Modify, Print
Sales Receipts: Partial, View, Modify, Print
Lists permissions
Customer/Vendor Profile Lists: Terms List, Partial, View List, Modify Entries
Customer Job List: Partial, View List, Modify Entries, View Balance
Item List: Partial, View List, Modify Entries
QuickBooks Pro/Premier Requirements
Shippers will require the following permissions:
Sales and Account Recievable
Selective Access\Create Transactions only
Changing or Deleting Transactions
Do you want this user to have the ability to change or delete transactions in the areas they have access to? Answer Yes.
Should this user have the ability to change or delete transactions that were recorded before the closing date? Answer Yes.
