Opening the Settings Screen
To access the OzLINK Settings, click the cog in the OzLINK toobar
The settings window below will appear, showing the current OzLINK version. Your version number may differ from the one shown here.
Settings Menu Options
You can access various options and settings from the Menu in this settings screen. Clicking the help button on any settings screen will open the appropriate page of this document.
Select any of the settings screens below for more information.
Configure your workflow, your scale, and your country of origin.
Configure the transaction types that you use and the information that gets recorded in QuickBooks.
Configure the informational reference numbers that are used during shipping.
Configure the shipping methods you use. Tell OzLink what your QuickBooks shipping types really mean.
Set up billing options for 3rd party billing and recipient billing.
Configure COD options if COD is already set up in shipping methods.
Configure the automated E-mail messages sent out by your carriers.
Configure the handling charges you would like to use. Change these options in either OzLINK or in your carrier software, but not in both.
Configure when you require signatures for deliveries, and what kind of signature is required.
Change the return address printed on your shipping labels. You can also set up alternative shipper numbers if you use a customer's shipper number on their behalf.
Configure the item/commodity information that is sent to your carrier software. You can set defaults and also tell OzLINK where to find the information in QuickBooks.

Activates/Deactivates advanced logging.
Automatically sends your log to Oz Development support.
Clears the temporary OzLINK cache.
