Complete a Shipment with PC Postage
1. Open PC Postage
Start PC Postage if it isn't running. To find it, click on your Start Menu, then All Programs, then USPS Endicia Premium, then click the USPS Endicia Premium program.
2. Prepare Shipment
Have your shipment details and package ready to enter into PC Postage.
3. Enter Ship To Address
Enter the 'ship to' address by clicking on the
Edit button in the toolbar. This is the address where the package will be delivered. If you have enabled address validation then you will see a status in the box just below the 'ship to' address on the main screen. A checkmark indicates that your address is valid. If the address is not valid, PC Postage will list a suggested address that is a close match to the original. If you would like to enable or disable address validation, click the menu option
Setup, then
General, and see:
General settings.
4. Enter Ship From Address if Necessary
You can change your 'ship from' address if necessary. Your ship from address (return address) can either be gathered from your label layout in DAZzle or from a stored address in PC Postage. To use the address on your label layout, set
Ship From to '
Use label layout.' If you would like to use an address in PC Postage, select the appropriate address in
Ship From. To set up the addresses stored in PC Posage click the menu option
Setup, then
Ship From, and see:
Ship From settings.
5. Enter Weight if Necessary
Confirm the shipment weight in PC Postage if you are using a scale attached to your computer. If you are not using an automatic scale, enter the weight of the shipment. For more information on setting up your scale click the menu option

Weight settings.
6. Select Mail Class
Select the correct Mail Class from the list of possible classes in the main window. The rate for each class is listed to the right of the class name. You can customize the list of available mail classes by clicking on the blue Mail Class text next to the selection box. Check any services you would like to use and uncheck those you would like to hide.
7. Select Services
Below the
Mail Class section, select the optional
Services you would like to use. You can customize the list of available services by clicking on the blue
Services text next to the selection box. Check any classes you would like to use and uncheck those you would like to hide. For more information about optional services, see:

8. Process Shipment
Once your settings have been set appropriately and you have seen the required postage amount, click the Process Shipment button at the bottom of the main screen. PC Postage will now use DAZzle to print your shipping label.
9. Confirm Label Printed Correctly in DAZzle
