Transaction Type

This order number has been entered multiple times without being shipped.

 

This message appears when the same transaction number has been entered more than once without actually being shipped.  This can happen if multiple transactions share a transaction number (for example, an invoice and a sales order that both have the number 1290).  If you are trying to look up the Sales Order but OzLINK keeps using the Invoice, you may reenter the number to get the window below.  You can then choose which transaction type to use.

 

If you are encountering this message often, you may need to adjust your transaction types in the QuickBooks Setup screen.
