Overview

This window will appear if OzLINK finds more than one transaction with the same transaction number.  In the example below, an Invoice and an unrelated Sales Receipt are both using the number 1100.  In this case, OzLINK is set up to read both Invoices and Sales Receipts, so it doesn't know which one to use.  To set up the types of transactions that OzLINK reads, see: QuickBooks Setup.  Choose the transaction you would like to use from the list, then click OK.

 

Suggestion:  If overlapping transaction numbers are slowing you down, change your naming conventions to avoid duplicate entries.  For example, name your invoices "IN-###" and your sales receipts "SR-###."
