Overview

Label layout settings or printer settings are not being saved.

This is likely due to processing a shipment without first saving your changes in DAZzle.

 

Resolution

You must save any change that you make to your label layouts or printer settings before trying to print from PC Postage again.  Confirm that your printer settings are being saved with your layout by clicking File, then Printer Setup in the DAZzle menu, then checking 'Save printer information with layout.'  Every time you make a change, select File, then Save Layout in the DAZzle menu.

 

When printing, PC Postage must open the relevant layout file in DAZzle - if your changes have not been saved, DAZzle will open the last saved version of the layout.  Since DAZzle can only have one layout open at a time, this will discard any changes that you may have made.
