Overview
You can use your mobile device to receive orders from a purchase order. After scanning or entering a purchase order number, you can scan or enter each of the items that you actually receive. Each item that you are receiving must already be associated with your receiving bin. OzLINK will automatically create an Item Receipt in NetSuite once you have finished and will put the items in the receiving bin.
Receive an Order
From the main OzLINK screen, tap Receive Order and enter your NetSuite credentials when prompted.

Scan or type in a purchase order number that you would like to receive. OzLINK will connect to NetSuite and gather the required information from the purchase order. The mobile device will show a list of all of the items present on the purchase order.

Scan or enter an item number that you would like to receive. This should be an item that is now in your possession.

Enter the quantity to receive, then press enter.

Scan any additional items in the list. If you scan an item that isn't on the purchase order, OzLINK will let you know.

Once you have entered all of the items in the list OzLINK will create an Item Receipt automatically in NetSuite. All of the received items will be put in your receiving bin. If you did not actually receive all of the items on your purchase order but would like to partially receive the order, tap Finish at any time to create a partial receipt with all of the items that have been scanned so far.
Remove Scanned Items
You can remove a quantity of items from your scanned list if you accidentally entered too many on the item receipt. Without closing the receipt you're working on, scan the item that you're interested in. Enter a negative quantity to remove the quantity from the list. You cannot remove items while in Fast Scan mode (see below). You can tap the Scanned tab at the bottom of the screen to double check the total items that will be marked as received when you tap the Finish button.
Review Scanned Items
Tap the Scanned tab at the bottom of the screen to view a list all of the items that have already been scanned. You can continue to scan additional items while you are on this screen.
Start Over with Current Purchase Order
Tap Actions in the bottom left of your screen, then Reset Receipt to start over again with the previously entered purchase order.
Cancel Receiving
Tap Actions in the bottom left of your screen, then Cancel Receipt to completely cancel your item receipt. OzLINK will return you to the order entry screen to enter a new purchase order. Tap Main Menu if you would like to complete a different task.
Fast Scan
Fast Scan removes the ability to edit the Qty section of the Receive Items screen, but can speed up receiving if you often get small quantities. Each time an item is scanned, OzLINK will assume that you are receiving a single item and will immediately allow you to scan another item. The worker will only have to scan item numbers and will no longer have to enter quantities. Each individual item must be scanned.
To turn Fast Scan on or off, first start picking an order. Tap the Actions button in the bottom left of your screen, then tap Fast Scan to toggle the feature on and off.
