Overview

OzLINK can gather shipping information from many different sources.  An information source is usually an ERP, accounting system, or excel file.  You need to tell OzLINK which source you would like to use.

 

Choose a Source

 

1. In OzLINK for UPS, click the Setup menu, then click Shipping.

2. In the Customer Data list, click on the customer data source you would like to use.

NOTE:  Sources other than QuickBooks and NetSuite require OzLINK custom (How to Upgrade).  If your customer data is in Excel, you will use batch processing instead of the main OzLINK program.

3. Click OK to save your changes.

 

Configure your Source

Configuring your information source allows you to define what information gets sent back and forth between your accounting and shipping systems, and allows you to configure your workflow.  See below for your particular system.
